i enjoyed 3 nights there. the place was clean, i booked the double room with city views, everything was fine. amicable and outstandingly accommodating staff who were always there to help.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the town. It is conveniently situated by the ferry port, Jr Takamatsu station, and a charming pedestrian area that offers a lovely view of the river.

Excellent value for money with spacious rooms that offer a great city view, along with convenient amenities like electronic key cards, pay TV, and a study desk.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with an electronic key card, a work desk, and a multi-channel television. the city view from the room was fantastic. the location of the hotel was excellent, with a floor observatory within easy reach.

I loved the elegant and traditional decor of the hotel, especially in the grand entrance and lobby. It gave me a nostalgic feeling and reminded me of the good old days. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it enjoyable to spend time there. The hotel's accessibility was excellent for senior people like myself. The staff were always ready to assist me and made sure I was comfortable during my stay.

I would have appreciated if the children working there could have provided more information about nearby attractions and activities suitable for senior guests.

This hotel is conveniently located near an undercover shopping mall with many restaurants and within walking distance of Ritsurin Garden, making it easy to access the Setouchi Triennale and the train station.

Had a great stay here for a night! the wi-fi worked well, which was a plus. the staff were really friendly and check-in was a breeze. the location was super central, right near Aji Onsen, making it convenient to get around. I had a good time here! 🌟

I stayed at Rihga Hotel Zest for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The buffet breakfast was incredible, with a wide variety of options and the staff were always kind and helpful. The rooms were lovely and spacious, giving a luxury feel. The beds were very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The location was convenient, only a 10-minute walk from the JR Takamatsu Station. I also appreciated the vending machine on the 7th floor with options for sugar-free soda, as I am diabetic. The cleaning staff were thorough and efficient, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay.
